A Month of Gratitude: Thank You from Fairmont Farm and Market

As the kitchen counters fill with Thanksgiving menus and the spirit of gratitude sweeps across our country, we want to pause and dedicate our time to saying thank you. Running Fairmont Farm and Market we quickly realized that it takes a dedicated village. And this month, we want to share our deepest thanks with the teams, partners, and community members who make everything we do possible.

Our Incredible Farm Team

First and foremost, thank you to the essential teams right here on the farm. We are incredibly fortunate to have a dedicated crew who embodies hard work and care every single day. We are deeply grateful to the Animal Care Team, who look after our animals from newborns to processing age, meticulously handling the daily routines of feeding, cleaning, and providing individual attention. Their constant vigilance ensures the health and well-being of our entire herd. Equally vital is the Cropping Crew, who manage the massive job of growing and harvesting the crops that feed our animals all year long; their success is directly tied to the quality of the milk and meat we ultimately produce.

Our Essential Partners

Quality products require attention to detail at every step. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to our partners in processing, production, and at the Market itself. We must first thank our co-op, Cabot Creamery Cooperative. We proudly send our high-quality milk to Cabot, where they transform it into the wonderful dairy products that are enjoyed across the region. We also thank the dedicated team at NEK Processing (Northeast Kingdom Processing, LLC) for the incredible attention to detail you give to our meat; their craftsmanship ensures the quality and consistency that our customers rely on. We are also grateful for the other local businesses whose products fill our Market shelves, including N.E.K. Grains, Suddabees Honey, eggs from Potters Field Homestead, and delicious Young's Sugar Shack Maple Syrup—these partnerships make our Market a true destination for local food.

Our Restaurant Family

We also want to send a huge thank you to the chefs and restaurants who prepare local food and feature our farm-raised meats on their menus. We are proud to see our products featured locally at Sarducci's Italian Restaurant in Montpelier, VT (where you can look for the delicious Fairmont Farm Bolognese!), and at Three Penny Taproom, who features our high-quality Fairmont burgers. We are especially grateful for our newest partner, The Mad Taco (with four locations!). Finally, we are deeply honored to be chosen by the chef at Twin Farms in Barnard—a prestigious resort—to supply our lamb for their elite dining experience.

Our Community of Support

We are nothing without the friends, neighbors, and community that show up day after day to support what we do. Thank you to our Neighbors and Friends for supporting our commitment to high-quality milk and meat production and for consistently shopping at the Market, whether through their online orders or visiting our market on Fridays from 3-6. We also love sharing "Life on the Farm Camp" with local families; thank you for trusting us with your children and allowing them to learn about the daily realities of farming.

Thank you for being part of the Fairmont Farm family. Wishing you and yours a very Happy Thanksgiving and Christmas season filled with great food!

Your post about expressing gratitude this month was genuinely heartwarming and well-written. The way you shared personal stories made it relatable and inspiring. I came across a similar discussion on https://www.rosedalewellness.com/ recently, and it provided a thoughtful perspective on cultivating daily gratitude, which complements your message beautifully.

This was such a heartwarming read! I love how you shared gratitude and appreciation for your team and community — it really emphasizes the importance of recognizing the people who make a difference. I came across a discussion on a blog like fake ged transcripts that also touched on the impact of acknowledging small contributions, which added an interesting viewpoint.

Spent a couple hours on Pokiig last week going through the puzzle section. A few of the games were more engaging than I expected — kept telling myself one more level and then lost track of time.

Great read! I appreciate how simply and effectively the topic is explained here. Posts like this are always useful for readers looking for straightforward insights. It also highlights how important presentation is—just like in pvc labels where clean design and precision help create a lasting impression.
