We all tend to think of November as the month to give thanks. Thanksgiving is hands down my favorite holiday. There is no pressure for gift giving and the expectations that go with it. Thanksgiving is all about being with family and friends and sharing good food. It is a special day set aside to be thankful for all the people around us both near and far.
As I sit here writing this blog I am humbled and grateful for all of you, our Market customers and Fairmont supporters. Those of you who entrust us to grow and raise food for your family to enjoy I am truly thankful.
Raising our family on the farm and in the town of East Montpelier has allowed for many lasting relationships. Now with Fairmont Market the outreach goes even further. We all have enjoyed getting to know you as our customers. Sharing meal ideas, recipes and family traditions is something that we treasure.
